FAQ

Will my old login details work on the new Reconise?

No, we’ve created a brand new profile on the new Reconise platform for everyone. That means you will need to check your email for your new temporary password (which you will be able to use to log in with once and then be prompted to reset to something of your choice).

Can I just keep using my temporary password?

No, you will not be able to use the new Reconise until you change your password.

What should I do if I need help?

Feel free to complete the "Need help" form on the bottom right of the new Reconise once logged in.

If you are struggling to log in after following the instructions on the email sent to you on the 1st of June, please send an mail to Liesl so she can follow up with the Reconise tech team.

Have my points been transferred?

Yes, all points have been transferred over to the new Reconise.

I have a pending order on the old Reconise, will I still get it?

Yes, we are keeping those orders on file and will deliver them as soon as the suppliers are up and running again.

I added items to my wishlist in the old Reconise, but they are not in my wishlist anymore. Why?

Unfortunately, we could not transfer wishlist items from the old Reconise to the new Reconise, but the good news is, you now have a chance to explore the new Reconise while adding items back to your wishlist.

I can't log into the new Reconise... what should I do?

First check your email inbox (or spam/junk folder) for an email from Reconise HQ. The subject line will be "Welcome to Reconise HQ". Find your temporary new password and log in using your Zimmer Biomet email address and that password. You will be prompted to reset the password to a password of your choice. This will be the password that you will be able to use going forward when logging into Reconise.

Alternatively, click on the "Log in to HQ" at the top of this page and click on the "No account yet? "Create one" link at the bottom of the login page and create your account. Please make sure you use your zimmerbiomet.com email address to register. If you need to log in with a different email address, get in touch with Liesl Bessinger at head office who will assist you further.
